  • Module 01: Basic Concept of Hazards
  • Module 02: Five Hazard area in workplace and 13 hazard categories
  • Module 03: Identifying Hazard: observation, survey, interview and inspection
  • Module 04: Analyzing hazards include Job Hazard analysis
  • Module 05: Controlling hazard through hazard hierarchy.
  • Module 06: Solving Problem: brain storming, cause effect analysis
  • Module 07: Effective Recommendation
